Melanie enlists the help of neighbor Rick (Wayne Knight) to do some investigating when she suspects Joy might be using drugs. What she doesn’t suspect is that the “drug” in question happens to be Rick himself. Meanwhile, Elks instructs Victoria on the ins and out of wearing a tracksuit and other octogenarian behavior for a musical version of Driving Miss Daisy.
