Coaches vs. Cancer Classic 2012 on truTV Nov. 16-17 features BYU vs. Florida State and Notre Dame vs. Saint Joseph’s.

The Coaches vs. Cancer Classic 2012 college basketball tournament takes place at the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., Nov. 16-17 on truTV. BYU takes on Florida State at 7pm ET, immediately followed by No. 20 Notre Dame vs. Saint Joseph’s. The tournament concludes Saturday with the Consolation Game at 7pm ET, followed by the championship game. Brian Anderson calls the play-by-play on truTV alongside analysts Greg Anthony and Steve Smith, and contributor Seth Davis. Craig Sager reports courtside.

truTT will have all-access to St. Joseph’s during the tournament, with coverage from inside the team’s locker room and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage. Also, Turner Sports’ Ernie Johnson interviews BYU head coach Dave Rose and his family to discuss Rose’s battle with pancreatic cancer three years ago. Also, truTV features a profile of Notre Dame’s team captain Scott Martin, who was sidelined by an ACL injury during his junior year while he had to deal with his father’s cancer diagnosis.
