The Little Couple are about to become a little family!
Dr. Jen Arnold and her husband Bill Klein, stars of the beloved TLC reality show, told People magazine today that they have adopted a toddler who also has a form of dwarfism.
The couple’s path to becoming parents to 3-year-old William will be featured in the show’s sixth season, which makes its long awaited premiere April 30.
“We are thrilled to announce that we have adopted a beautiful young boy from China,” the couple told People in an exclusive statement. “We are so proud to welcome William to our family and look forward to bringing him home.”
Fans of the show have anxiously followed the couple’s quest to become parents via a surrogate, who suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage at the start of of the show’s fifth season.
After busying themselves with friends and family — and Bill’s new pet store — Klein and Arnold met with an agency that specializes in finding parents for special needs kids in the season finale.
And the journey to their happy ending comes to our TVs soon.
A new season of The Little Couple premieres Tuesday April 30 at 10 p.m. ET.
