On tonight’s all-new episode of TLC’s The Little Couple — aptly titled “Expect the Unexpected” — Bill, Jen are still in India, enjoying family bonding time with their 2-year-old daughter Zoey and her enthusiastic big brother Will.
As they are get to know their new daughter, the couple realizes that Zoey is a much more introverted and apprehensive child than Will and seems happiest cuddled in Jen’s arms. But as the family prepares to make the next leg of their journey and complete their daughter’s adoption, Jen experiences alarming symptoms that ultimately force her to make a difficult decision.

Last week’s Season 6 return drew 3.9 million viewers, a ratings record for the series that also ranked it as TLC’s highest-rated telecast among women 25-54 since November of 2012.
The Little Couple airs Tuesday nights at 9/8CT on TLC.
