Mariah Carey To Perform On “America’s Got Talent”

Superstar singer Mariah Carey will perform on the first America’s Got Talent results show on Aug. 5 at 9pm ET, NBC has announced. Additionally, the video for Carey’s new single, “Obsessed,” will air for the first time on tonight’s episode of AGT, at 9pm ET. The video for “Obsessed” was directed by filmmaker Brett Ratner, and was actually just shot in New York last week. Morgan Spurlock Meets “The Simpsons”

This documentary special concludes the “Best. 20 Years. Ever” yearlong celebration of the classic sitcom. “Mad Men” Goes Bananas

By Jeff Pfeiffer AMC and Banana Republic have announced a marketing partnership tying in with the third season of the hit series Mad Men, which premieres Aug. 16. During the three weeks leading up to the premiere (July 21-Aug. 11), Mad Men will be promoted in every Banana Republic retail location, in over 400 stores, throughout the U.S. and Canada. Store windows will feature mannequins dressed in modern takes on classic, iconic 1960s style.

The first film, which debuted last summer, was cable TV’s No. 1 entertainment telecast of the year in Total Viewers (10.1 million) and TV’s No. 1 entertainment telecast in Tweens 9-14.
