Shark Week 2015: Watch “inquisitive” great white shark get up close with camera crew

You might have seen the pretty amazing and cool shot below making the rounds on the Internet recently. It depicts a cameraman getting up close and personal with a 14-and-a-half-foot great white shark off the southern coast of Australia. Discovery Channel confirmed today that that image, and the footage with it, is part of the network’s upcoming Shark Week 2015, which begins July 5. In a special edition of NBC’s Dateline, veteran newsman Tom Brokaw will open up for the first time on primetime television about his journey battling cancer, and his new memoir, A Lucky Life, Interrupted, which will be released in the U.S. on May 12. Key & Peele will be back with new episodes on Comedy Central starting July 8. “Undateable” goes live tonight

A week ahead of its second season finale, NBC’s comedy Undateable will be airing a live, one-hour episode. Titled “A Live Show Walks Into a Bar,” the episode airs tonight, May 5, at 9pm ET/PT (the show will be performed twice, so both East and West Coast audiences will see a different live version, each beginning at 9pm). Recently, Animal Planet announced the lineup for its annual Monster Week celebration of all things related to terrifying beasts, real and legendary. Monster Week 2015 will air nine nights, May 17 through May 25, on the network, and some of the premiere titles are eye-catching, to say the least, sounding more like Syfy movies, with program names including Serial Killer Tiger at Large and Killer Hornets From Hell.
