Stephen Colbert to take David Letterman’s “Late Show” seat

That didn’t take long. Merely a week after David Letterman announced he will retire as host of The Late Show on CBS in 2015, the network today announced it as found Letterman’s successor in Comedy Central’s popular The Colbert Report host Stephen Colbert. Baseball fans looking to tune in to nationally televised MLB games on Saturday afternoons will have to look in a slightly different place this season. The traditional FOX Saturday Baseball Game of the Week that aired on broadcast TV throughout the entire regular season has been cut back significantly. FOX airs only 12 Saturday games in 2014 (schedule is below), with an expanded schedule of games now airing on FOX Sports 1, including most Saturdays.
