The day Veronica Mars fans have long waited for is nearly here — the release of the theatrical film based on the TV series, which ended in 2007, is on March 14. The project has come about due in large part to these fans, who set records on Kickstarter to help fund the Veronica Mars movie, pitching in $2 million in 10 hours through the crowdfunding source.
