It’s only a few more weeks until New Year’s Eve 2013, and today Syfy reminded us of that fact by announcing that its annual programming event favorite, the Syfy Twilight Zone New Year’s Eve Marathon, will be making its return this year, running over 40 hours from Dec. 31 at 8am ET/PT until Jan. 2 at 5am ET/PT. The news of the death of former South African President and activist Nelson Mandela on Thursday brought outpouring of respect and sorrow from all over the world. The 95-year-old Mandela had been ill for some time.
