In the wake of the deadly and devastating Typhoon Haiyan (known in the Philippines as Typhoon Yolanda), 12 U.S. operators are opening the signal for The Filipino Channel (TFC) to their digital customers during relief efforts from one of the world’s biggest storms. TFC has been providing special coverage on the ground in the Philippines in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
