Just as it shows no mercy to its characters, FX’s relentless biker drama Sons of Anarchy punished its TV competitors Tuesday night, scoring 5.87 million total viewers, becoming the small screen’s No. 1 show for the night, broadcast and cable. AMC confirmed today that they have reached a licensing agreement for an hourlong Breaking Bad spinoff series with the working title “Better Call Saul.” But if you think that guarantees that Saul survives whatever’s about to shake out in Breaking Bad‘s final three episodes, well, not so fast. NBC announced today that its hit reality series America’s Got Talent will kick off open auditions for Season 9 beginning Oct. 26 in various cities, starting in Miami. AGT is currently about to finish Season 8, and will crown the winner of this season live Sept. 18 at 9pm ET. America’s Got Talent is open to any age and any talent.
