Game 1 takes place at Busch Stadium, the home park of the National League champion St. Louis Cardinals, thanks to the NL’s 5-1 win in the All-Star Game. Held every August since 1947, the Little League World Series brings baseball players ages 11-12 from around the world to South Williamsport, Pa., to compete for the world championship.
