Last week’s tease of a lady fight had my interest piqued all week. They may be little women, but they bring the BIG drama. Another little person challenge I would have never thought of: sitting in a pedicure chair when you’re only 4 feet tall. Christy’s solution? Stand. Christy: “I think I’m a tall dwarf” Christy’s mom: “You’re a chubby dwarf.” Obviously, Christy inherited her wicked sense of humor from her mom. She also taught her not to take herself too seriously. Are you as smitten with the girls of Little Women: LA as I am? I honestly think I could be friends with each of them. On to the continuing drama our favorite not-engaged but wedding-crazed lass, Christy. Christy is presumptuously looking for her own engagement ring. She loves putting the cart before the horse. Lifetime’s new reality show, Little Women: LA premiered tonight. Is it too early so say I’m hooked? I’ve grown weary of pampered housewives, and I miss the days of reality TV when the people were real people whose lives are worth watching. Little Women: LA is about, you guessed it, a group of six women who are little people. I’ve enjoyed other reality shows that feature normal people of short stature, but Lifetime has struck upon women who are young, sexy, vibrant, brash, and diverse enough that everyone will find one woman with whom they can relate.
