TSST! “Dog Whisperer” Becomes U.S. Citizen

By Jeff Pfeiffer I wasn’t aware that “Dog Whisperer” Cesar Millan, pack leader on the hit National Geographic Channel series, was not an official U.S. citizen. That has now been changed. Don’t worry — he hasn’t been here illegally to do his dog training, but has been a legal resident for years. He passed his citizenship test earlier this year, then attended the official swearing-in ceremony yesterday in Los Angeles, joining dozens of others as new Americans.
