Got an ugly bridesmaid dress? Of course you do! If you’re an adult female, ya probably got a stable of ’em cowering in the back of your closet or a box in the basement.
And though the corresponding photos are embarrassing, the right one could make you $5,000 richer — courtesy of WE tv’s Ugliest Bridesmaid Dress photo contest.
All you need to do to enter is visit www.we.tv before noon on April 13, 2009, create a user name and password, and upload an original picture of yourself adrift in a cloud turquoise tulle … or a violet Victorian vision … or pinned into makeshift emerald harem pants like the site’s current favorite, brave Annette.
All eligible entries will be judged on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being “pretty ugly” and 10 being “totally ugly.” The grand prize winner takes home a cool $5K with a pair of runners-up scoring a WE tv Prize Pack worth $250.
