NHL hockey returns to the great outdoors for the 2015 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic New Year’s Day tradition. This year has Patrick Kane and the Chicago Blackhawks visiting Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals in Nationals Park. NBC airs the game live Jan. 1 beginning at 1pm ET. Play-by-play commentator Mike “Doc” Emrick, analyst Eddie Olczyk and inside-the-glass analyst Pierre McGuire call the game from Washington, D.C.
