Of course Sharon Raydor, because mary McDonnell is a rolemodel for every woman. she shows us, that we ,no matter how old we are …we can do whatever we want. a lot crime series have detectives ,with an age of 25-40, sometimes blonde and ,excuse me big bumps….and now look at mary,dear god ,can anyone believe she is 64!!!! That is what i love at her…she is unbelievable. And she earned so much respect for her work .
I love Mariska, But there is something about Mary McDonnell that just draws people to her, maybe it is her eyes, her beauty and her compassion, she is humble and caring, And she plays a Badass Cop, She is a mom, a tough leader she has that darth raydor glare that scares the toughest of people, she defends people who need her, arrest those that need to be arrested, she doesn’t put up with alot of bull, she took in a young boy who need to be loved and protected. she is basically on Badass Cop you would want to stand behind and not get on her bad list. But again Sharon Raydor is a protector, defender, tough and loyal leader, she can be a friend or enemy and she has been through a lot, even people hate and have hated her, but in the end, Her team has came around and has became her family.
Marishka Hartigay hands down! She is not just a beautiful lady inside and out, but her acting is just awesome to say the least! She goes from being an actress/cop to activist and founder of one of the biggest foundations of our time that is there for victims!!!
Sharon Raydor is without a doubt the strongest “Top Cop” on TV.
She encompasses everything that makes her a role model for young women today.
She is beautiful, elegant, sophisticated, kind & fair all while having empathy for anyone in need.
She is all of this and yet has a strength to do what’s necessary to save others.
I will never forget the scene of her running down 10 flights of stairs in her bare feet, breaking down a door with a fire extinguisher and saving her foster son from a serial killer.
She has raised two children alone, adopted a boy in need and has done all of this while rising through the ranks of the LAPD to take over the elite squad known as Major Crimes.
And she has done all of this and managed to find love in her middle-age.
That’s why she is, IMO, “Top Cop!”
Mariska Hargitay is the incredible woman and Olivia Benson is the badass cop, who paved way for strong female cops in television. Olivia Benson is the epitome of a badass, independent, mama bear, fearless cop!! Respect to the woman who made it all possible for everyone else in this category and doesn’t nearly get the recognition she deserves. Mariska Hargitay, you are a Queen
