Syfy Twilight Zone New Year’s Eve Marathon 2015 schedule

For the 21st year, Syfy will be airing its annual fan-favorite programming stunt, the Twilight Zone New Year’s Eve Marathon. This year, though, will feature something different. The Twilight Zone New Year’s Eve Marathon 2015 will air all 156 episodes of Rod Serling’s classic sci-fi anthology series in chronological order, and in HD, for the first time ever on Syfy (or the old Sci-Fi Channel, for that matter).

The whopping 87-hour marathon will begin Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 7pm ET/PT, and conclude Sunday, Jan. 3, at 12pm ET/PT. The marathon will only be interrupted for a telecast of WWE SmackDown on Thursday, Dec. 31, from 8-10pm ET/PT.

Obviously, since every Twilight Zone episode is being aired, you can expect some of your favorites, including obvious, iconic installments like “To Serve Man” and “Time Enough at Last.” But you’ll also have a chance to view rarely-seen-anymore episodes, including the hourlong episodes of Zone.

    • Ya, what’s with this wrestling garbage??? A marathon does not have any interruptions. This is discusting. Ive been watching this marathon for 2o some years….and it gets changed?? Nothng is true to its meaning in this world anymore. Im very very discussed!

  1. Looking forward to another year of Twilight Zone Marathon episodes! It never gets old! Rod Serling and his team of writers were ahead of their time and so many of these episodes really make one think! Awesome television!! WWE …. Why?????

  2. My favorite show.enjoy all episodes.some dont remember seeing.the mannekin is good.art carney as santa.love see the actors who started out on tz.rod serling was a great man.

  3. Live in NYC, and enjoy the Zone Marathon over the Ball Drop. Please continue it yearly, keep publishing info, and get rid of the wrestling. It is rare to have such a spate of good writing on TV anymore. Some of my faves: The Masks; To Serve Man; The Obsolete Man. Thanks for the memories!

  4. I have ALWAYS loved the TZ especially the marathons! I have watched since I was T least 5yrs old. I turn 42 tomorrow and all I want to do for my bday is enjoy the TZ marathon with my family. No better gift!!!! It’s a family tradition now and my toddler son will watch with me tomorrow! Another generation!!
    “…… it’s what we need!”

  5. I always try to catch at least part of the marathon every NYE and July 4th, even this past year when I do not have cable. I can’t remember when we started watching but it was quite awhile ago; it became tradition before my father died, and he passed 7 years ago next month.

We started watching before dvd’s were even a thing. My father, with his handy dany TZ episode guide, and my sister with a handwritten list, would keep track of and record all the episodes on VHS!

  6. The problem is that, because of commercials, some (most? all?) episodes are editing out scenes. This is unfortunate.

  7. I’ve enjoyed this show pretty close to all my life, since the early 60’s and have been watching the syfy marathon pretty much since its start. Always a good moral story of right and wrong. One the world can use today.

  8. my wife and I have wated every new years eve for many years for twilight marathon.order chinese take out and enjoy. do not even watch the ball drop(not the same without Dick Clark. also would much rather watch Jack Klugmanand Jonathon winters shoot poll.
And why does syfy put wwe smackdown on for 2 hours 8-10 pm-Really!??

    • This too has become my New Year’s ritual and love it just as much as I did 20 years ago when I was 22 and watching it with my mom rather than going out with the guys! LOL. For me, though, Smackdown is a nice break…my son and I have made that a nice weekly tradition. You guys all enjoy! …it’s, it’s a cookbook!

  9. twilight zone has been a tradition for mywife and I for years. We order chinese take out and enjoy every episode.we do not even give it up to watch the Ball drop (Not the same without Dick Clark.Only down side why do they have wwe smackdown on from 8-10pm? dumb choice. rather watch the competition between Jack Klugman and Jonathan Winters

  10. Thank you for publishing the schedule: while I have every episode on DVD, it just doesn’t compare – this way we can target to catch our favorites 🙂
    Thanks scifi!

  11. My husband turned me onto The Twilight Zone marathon and now we look forward to it EVERY YEAR. We even got our children hooked on them!! Love this so much!

  12. Every New Year’s Eve I look forward to the marathon. Of course, I have my favorites – like the two kids who dive into their pool and end up somewhere else. What is so cool this year is that you can see when your favorite episode is going to be on so you won’t miss it.

  13. I am too excited for the 87 hour marathon. Watching the Twilight Zone is my yearly tradition. I’m looking forward to it!!! Thanks Syfy!!!
