Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

Weediquette: Correspondent Krishna Andavolu explores the impact of marijuana legalization across the U.S. and internationally, examining how people on all sides of this issue are dealing with the growing popularity and acceptance of this remarkable little plant. From doctors looking for radical new therapies, to veterans experimenting with marijuana as a PTSD cure, from the small farmers of the “Emerald Triangle”, to the encroaching “factory farmers,” everyone has a story to tell. Bad move H2 was good and only channel left to view. We were cutting off cable anyway H2 was last channel to watch. Programming now is trash.
This is bull s*%t, I pay around $140.00 a month for maybe five channels that I watch, h2 being the main channel and know their taking that away? I’m ready to cancel my cable and just go with Netflix. Did any one watch the first show on new channel? It was random people leaving dumb messages. The people on the show said they could hardly stand to listen to it.
Bad move taking H2 and putting this trash on. Only channel left to watch was H2. We were cutting cable off anyway.
This channel is garbage along with our other 200 channels. We only watched H2 channel of entire cable line up. We were getting ready to get rid of cable anyway for sometime. Abruptly taking H2 putting this trash on.
Your best choice is to not tune in. Don’t give this new Viceland any viewership. After contract time is up, and millions of advertising dollars are lost, then and only then will Discovery network get the hint.
Garbage!! We dropped DirectTV and went to Sling TV for the few cable channels we watch, now this trash instead of H2! This may be the end of any cable channel services for us. Netflix, Amazon Prime and over the air reruns when I don’t want to search.

Thanks for ruining good TV. Even with commercials every 3 minutes H2 was one of the best.
If you want to start a channel for the subgroup of the subgroup to which this programming appeals, fine; do it. But why for the love of everything, did you commandeer a channel enjoyed by millions of viewers? If you goal was to acquire new viewers, or a broader base, I can assure you, along with the thousands of irate, letter writing H2 fans, you will fail miserably.
How dare you replace my favorite shows with what you deem to be socially important programming. These new shows fit nicely between Swamp People and Pawn Stars on the History(?) channel, not on H2.
I agree with most of the others here until I actually watched viceland shows. Three have caught my eye with interest. Weedadiquette ,Noisey ,and Flop house. Each show is educational in inner city as well as medical lives! Showing us new changes that are takimg place in otherwise known swept under the rug fields! H2 programing has not been killed just moved to History Channel were it was originally! Give Viceland a chance. They speak on issues most are scared too!

What have you done! The only Channel I watched was H2. Everything I was interested in was on that channel. I will be cancelling if this is not brought back! If your going to move shows, let us all know when and where. What is wrong with you people!!!

I agree with the folks who feel that ‘Viceland’ is a frigging JOKE!!!! Was there some need by some braindead executive that this crap was needed and all the good programming on H2 was not needed. Please get you head out of your a$$ and bring back H2 and dump this Viceland BS!

The History Channel H1??, has turned into a REALITY Channel, ATLEAST give us more HISTORY PROGRAMMING on H2.
Why alienate a faithful viewership of millions who enjoy what H2 had to offer. This new channel may be of interest to some thirty-something types, but definitely not the same people who tuned in for H2. I tried it, but will not watch this new programming.

Did you think to find out from your loyal customers to see if they wanted a trash show on. No you failed to follow first rule of programing, give the customers what they want l. That’s is H2, not garbage that is currently on.
