Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

I am so disappointed with this change, H2, my favourite channel, I can’t believe you would disappoint so many viewers. I agree if you want to play this vile Vice crap, which is what it is, fine, for those two vile people who will watch it. For the rest of us actual history lovers, move H2 to another channel; PLEASE!!!!
I just changed my programming to include H2 because History channel is nothing im interested in.I definitely wont be watching Vice and im calling to change my programming AGAIN.So good job History.

H2 was the best channel on cable, it came closest to many truths that chafed the shadow establishment. Even the average Joe will imagine that your company would be about to lose its shirt on this mindless venture, but we awake ones are quite sure you are being well compensated with our pirated tax dollars.

I wish we could blame the cable company but the blame lands at the feet of A & E who bought into Vice Media and brought this network on and decided to do away with H2 in the US market..
Hey, thanks for even reading my comment. But I’m not talking about the cable company, I’m talking about cable in general, as a medium. Not blaming anyone. What happened to H2 was never really about markets or the entertainment industry – or even money. Do you really think for one second that ANYONE is even going to bother watching Viceland? And do you really think that A&E even cares? They are obviously being compensated to do this. Their revenue won’t come from their audience or advertisers. It’s basically a subsidy from the real power brokers, the ones who control the media. Some Bilderberger or Rockefeller or Tri-Lat was sweating the H2 subject matter and hit “flush.”
H2 was once my 2nd favorite channel. I can’t believe the ridiculous and vile programming that’s now being aired on Vice, it’s analogous to what our once great country has sunk to and for what?

H2 seemed to be one of the last channels that DIDN’T cater to “reality tv” and now that’s gone. For the love of decent television at LEAST put your H2 programming on the History channel. Put your non history related reality shows on the new channel. Relating a Pawn Shop to History is a stretch.
I’m so disappointed. I’m probably going to cancel my cable package. Too much reality TV on supposed history ch. Also loved the science shows and religious shows. Bring back H2 and stop pandering to establishment.
Viceland, worst programming idea ive ever seen. Crap shows total media propaganda, teach real history like you used to, i will do what i can to pay my cable channel less for this and suggest they drop your channel. Not happy

I agree with all the above with one exception and that person can watch the medical channel and the other reality channels. H2 was what the History Channel started out as until the got caught up in the reality programs. Please make H2 a HISTORY Channel and stop the reality TV craze!

I got the Silver Plan on Charter/Spectrum just so I could watch H2. Dropped the Silver Plan today. Very dissapointed
