Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

Stupid move. Viceland is a joke. I recently changed to Dish Network from Directv. Before I did I made sure that H2 and Fox News Channel were still on the programming. This Viceland channel stinks and is worthless. I may not have agreed with most of the theories on Ancient Aliens but I really liked the show, as well as the other interesting shows on that network. This was my go to channel. Change the name of the network, probably appropriate, but not the programming.
Might as well down grade to a cheaper package. BASTARDS!!

What a joke! This programming change makes the “dumbing down” of america “theory” much more valid than I previously thought….(I already thought dumbing down movement was on the fast track). H2 was 1 of the few cable channels I watched. I think that move just saved me $250 every month.

This really sucks! H2 was my favorite channel. Don’t you think we have enough crappy reality TV rotting our brains. Replacing H2 with Viceland is like trading in your high end luxury car for a rusted hunk of junk, then the sleazy used car sales man saying “Wow you really got sweat deal”. Yeah, I don’t think so. H2 was my go to channel for intelligent, informative, mind expanding programs. Please, please, please bring back H2.

Viceland is a horrible TV programming channel, it should have been implemented on another cable channel. H2 was one of the best channels in the cable line up. I am not homophobic or hippocritic, I support the rights of all but this was a poor decision to place Viceland over H2. Please correct this and return H2 back to the original channel.

Well we have Comcrap, sorry Comcast they did the same thing they’re all saying all the H2 channel will now be on the History Channel mixed in with all the other crap they have on there. Looks like we might be going to clear TV. Good thing we can watch episodes on our computer.

H2 was literally the only channel I knew I could always count on for decent programming. 90% of my TV watching was dedicated to H2. The trash they replaced it with is like most of the programs I never watched before, an embarrassment to human intelligence. I’m so upset about this it makes me want to cancel my dish. Bring it back!!

Just browsed through the “history” channel lineup and the entire weekend is all reality tv. Which I never minded in the past as I had h2. This sucks so bad. Guess I’ll have to see if AHC is an adequate substitute.
AHC isn’t bad but the good programming is getting to be less and less, it seems every channel is going to these reality crap programs.
