Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

How on earth can dish justify putting viceland’s programming on a regular network station? This garbage should be on a restricted channel. It is mental pornography. And people wonder why there is so much anger in the United States? It’s because we are not given what we pay for, have taken away what we ask for, and are lorded over by decisions that we cannot control and are beyond the boundaries of our control. I have no idea what your justification was for taking H2 off the line-up, but I am sorely upset that this decision was made without patron input. We have been loyal to dish for many years and enjoyed and appreciated most of its offerings. First available access to another system of equal value, and we’re gone.
H2 was one of the 10 or 12 channels I watched. Perhaps it’s time to drop dish and watch internet tv.

I have direct TV and also h2 had been replaced by this ridiculous excuse for programming… I seriously barely ever watched any other channel besides History 2 now I watch American Heroes channel which used to be the military force Sports Center it sucks because viceland is freaking horrible and I want H2 BACK!!!!! Unfortunately people aren’t wise to the interest of your viewers or obviously just don’t care… VICELAND SUCKS¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡

Its not just dish. I live in Cincinnati area and have Fioptics. H2 is now Viceland for us too. Horrible channel. Please bring back H2 and my beloved programming!

I am very disappointed in A&E. My son has been watching the History 2 channel since its north. He is 10 years old and dyslexic. He is way ahead of the his peers because of H2 and the educational material. He has a hard time keeping up in school because of his disability and he was so proud of his ability to excel in history. It is beacause of your channel. He is devastated it no longer exist as am I. My so, cannot watch Vice Land and because of the content, as with so many other stations now. I think it is a shame how this world has lost it’s since of pride, it’s moral compass, and it’s values. Your programming on H2 is imparative to give us and our children the real history of America and the world. Shame on you going through the gutter and compromising your values in which pushed you to do the H3 in the first place. You have lost a fan and I will not be watching any of your channels because of this. Disappointed.
H2 was my favorite channel. It was current, thought provoking, and kept the viewer mesmerized. Viceland will nver make it because it is uninteresting…a real snooze fest. Is it Dish that cancelled H2 or a parent company?
I can’t believe how arrogant and ignorant this change was! Did History even bother to ASK it’s viewers if they wanted this change? Damn sure they didn’t ask me! And could they not put this VICE crap on one of the other 40,000 channels out there? It’s all crap and I wouldn’t waste a minute of my life watching any of the shows on there.

I am still reeling over this ridiculous decision by A&E. Without H2, there isn’t a lot of programming of interest left for me. Local channels, sports, AMC and an occasional movie worth watching. That’s all! Every day I move closer to cutting the cord.
How can someone be this out of touch with consumers? I don’t like bad karma but I truly hope this network fails miserably. Oh yeah… there is no sign of any H2 programming on the standard History channel. Was this a fabrication to keep people watching??? As it stands now, the History channel is loaded with garbage programming. The missing H2 programs would be a huge upgrade for them. Now you have this Viceland channel polluting my TV!! Just stop it!!!

H2 was one of my favorite Chanel’s and none of the shows are on the history channel… Big mistake taking a Chanel so many people love away…
