Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

When nothing was on H2 was my default channel…Questioning history is important..Hey they just found a second Viking site in Newfoundland..I was looking forward to H2 covering that…Bring back my H2 Vice sucks
I am also very disappointed in A&E. I have yet to see Ancient Aliens, Oak Island on History. The only shows are pawn stars or pickers. Maybe the powers that be are spending too much time at weed and no longer care about what they televise
I am very disappointed at the loss of the H2 channel.
When Viceland premiered I tried to find something worth watching on the channel. I soon realized that nothing worth watching existed and the junk that was there continuously repeated. After a few days of checking and finding nothing of any value I removed the channel from my favorites list. I will probably cut my package to a lower cost one soon and eliminate it completely. As usual the quality decreases and the price increases. Thanks DirecTV for raising my package cost and removing a worthwhile channel and replacing it with trash. An HD Antenna and Netflix is looking like a better alternative every time you do something stupid like this.
Terrible move. H2 was our only hope for intresting History channel shows when everytime you turn it on the Pawn Stars or some related show is on. Move Pawn and Pickers over to Vice and give us our H2 back!
Vice is not a good “history ” station. I hate it and will never watch what they have scheduled. I vote for the return if History 2. Why get rid of a great station. Bad enough the regular History station has been reduced to “pawn start” and “pickers”. Very disappointed.
The religionist lobby wanted the Ancient Alien programming OFF the air because it cut into their church donation profit margin because once the sheeple started ‘thinking’ about it and realizing the potential truth of the origins of ‘god’, they kept ‘praying’ that it would be taken off the air. Of course it doesn’t hurt to get all your ‘flock’ to threaten to boycott secular programs.
Bring back H2 and take this Vice garbage off the air. Now!!!!

Viceland is a HUGE turnoff from show names to content. Can’t believe the powers that be thought this Viceland is whet Americans want. Some of the programs on plain History channel are not interesting and survived beyond their interest limit. I want more history history! I am ready to cut back my station package I paid extra to just get H2.

I am now fully motivated to cancel my expensive AT&T U-Verse which I only kept for shows on H2 that other carriers did not offer. I ‘m glad I finally set-up my Roku so I can watch what I like. Vice sucks!
I agree with all the complaints, this viceland channel sucks!! There are several of my friends as well as myself who are thinking about moving on from Directv. H2 was such an informative channel, hard to believe it could be replaced with that, i don’t get it. Why do i have to pay for such crap like that. All subscribers must band together & demand our H2 back !!

I miss seeing my old shows that used to air on H2. I tried watching some shows on Viceland but they really don’t interest me at all. Poor programming on H2 that I pay extra for. Couldn’t care less about this channel on DISH any more.

I agree with previous comments – get rid of Vice, work out something and bring back H2. History on Demand is not gaining any points with me either……Ancient Aliens is in Spanish and I don’t know Spanish so that’s useless as well……..
VICE should’ve replaced some other crappy network , not H2. and by the way the (incredibly repetitious) cornball ads on VICE (for VICE) are BEYOND LAME….
All in all, VICE just shows unoriginal mini documentaries that are in abundance already all over the internet and tv already. Nothing unique.
Replacing H2 with Vice is the worst decision ever made. Vice is so pathetic, whoever made the decision should be FIRED!! I miss Ancient Alients, World Marvels…Bring back H2!!

Viceland is horrible! Where are the shows that were on H2? Move them to History or just do away with it all together. Stupid stupid move! You really did not expect me to pay extra for Viceland did you?!
