When is the Fox Business GOP Debate?

Fox Business Network (FBN) will have live coverage of the Republican presidential primary debates from the Milwaukee Theatre in Milwaukee on Tuesday, Nov. 10. As has been done previously, the GOP debate will be divided in two, based on polling results. The 7pm ET debate will feature candidates who have not hit the threshold of 2.5% or higher based on an average of the four most recent national polls required to participate in the main debate. Esquire’s “Spotless” is dark, irreverent and terrific

Spotless, Esquire Network’s first scripted series, is actually a show that has been acquired from Canal+ in France, where the series first aired earlier this year. So while not technically “original” for the network, it is definitely worth checking out. Co-created by Shameless (the British version) writer Ed McCardie and CSI producer Corinne Marrinan, the series combines elements of those two shows in unique ways, throwing in dark humor in some of the grimmest of situations, usually murders and other crimes. A new “Star Trek” TV series is coming in 2017

CBS Television Studios announced today that it will launch a “totally new” Star Trek TV series in January 2017. The show will kick off with a special preview broadcast on CBS. The premiere episode, and all subsequent first-run episodes, will then be available exclusively in the United States on CBS All Access, the network’s digital SVOD and live-streaming service. The program will also be distributed concurrently for television and multiple platforms around the world by CBS Studios International. It was just past the first day of winter in New Zealand when I arrived at a location called Riverhead, just outside of Auckland, to begin watching the filming of the new Starz series Ash vs Evil Dead, which airs Saturdays beginning Oct. 31. After stunning celebrities, viewers and censors alike with his previous three gigs hosting the Golden Globe Awards in 2010, 2011 and 2012, it looked like Ricky Gervais would not be back. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler took the reins the next three years. But Ricky is back. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and NBC announced today that the funnyman will host the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards, airing live Jan. 10, 2016, on NBC.
