I love the premise of Wilfred so much that I know I’m probably often guilty of overlooking its shortcomings. The prolific Tyler Perry is premiering two new series on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network over the course of two nights, May 28 and 29 — a one-hour ensemble drama called The Haves and the Have Nots on May 28, and the sitcom Love Thy Neighbor on May 29.
