Mexico kept its World Cup hopes alive last Friday with a thrilling win over Panama, courtesy of Raul Jimenez’s spectacular bicycle kick goal, and now goes to Costa Rica’s National Stadium in San Jose, where a draw with Costa Rica (which has already obtained one of the direct berths in the 2014 World Cup) would guarantee Mexico fourth place in the Hexagonal and a berth in the World Cup playoff against New Zealand next month.
