“What happened to Style network?” will be the question of the evening when Esquire Network officially takes over the the 15-year-old network on Monday, Sept. 23 at 9pm ET with the premiere of Esquire’s 80th. Still in question is whether new episodes of Giuliana & Bill, Jerseylicious, Big Rich Texas and Tia & Tamera will find a home on any of NBCU’s other networks. Some of the shows are expected to simply end their run, while a few will most likely be worked into schedules on E!, Bravo or Oxygen.

E! did confirm plans of airing the most recent seasons of Giuliana & Bill and Tia & Tamera starting in October. E! will begin re-airing Season 3 episodes of Tia & Tamera and already aired episodes of Giuliana & Bill’s sixth season on Tuesday nights starting Oct. 15 at 9pm ET, as well as new episodes of Giuliana & Bill next year. Season 3 of Tia & Tamera actually ended on Style Sunday, Sept. 22, and it’s unknown whether the series will see a fourth season. Oxygen will also be airing a 10-episode marathon of Season 3 of Tia & Tamera beginning Thursday, Sept. 26 at noon ET.
Syndicated series on Style, like Sex and the City, which originally ran on weekends, are interspersed heavily throughout the Esquire schedule, helping fill early morning, late-night and weekend time slots for the new net. Sex and the City, however, is littered all over the NBCU nets — you can catch it on E!, Oxygen and Bravo.
Clean House, which aired for nine seasons on Style, will also show up on Esquire — at least for the first week — filling the Wednesday, Sept. 25 morning block from 6am to 3pm ET.
At launch, Esquire had several original series including Knife Fight, Brew Dogs, Boundless and The Getaway. Similar to Style, Esquire will also help fill its programming schedule with blockbuster movies. The first few weeks, viewers of Esquire can expect titles like Ocean’s Thirteen, Casino Royale, Ghost Rider and Stripes, as well as popular series from Bravo like Million Dollar Listing, Chef Roble and Top Chef, and USA Network series like Psych and Burn Notice.

Really ticked off! Why would they not give any warning that they were pulling the plug on such a popular channel?!?!? I sure as hevk won’t be watching Esquire! Only hope E! picks up most of the shows we all loved watching.
What the hell???? Where is Style network???? No warning, must be a bunch of stupid guys sitting around making the decisions. Playing movies; series, etc that have been played over and over on other networks. Real bright !!! Well, never turning on Esquire channel.
No notice at all. I am so disappointed! Jerseylicious was EXTREMELY popular. Stupid move. I won’t want Esquire television any more than I’d buy their trash mag. Horrible turn of events….
Some of my favorite shows were on style network,I was looking forward to the new season of Jerseylicious!I will never watch Esquire unless Tia & Tamera,Giuliana & Bill and of course Jerseylicious are being aired really more reruns of sex and the city E does that!
Style Network is my go to channel when I am getting ready for work in the morning and upon my return home in the afternoon. I am so upset…I love Guilliana and Bill. How are we going to know if they have a second child?!! We have not seen the 2nd part. How can the network just disappear. What about Tia and Tamara? Jerseylicious? With all the woman who enjoy watching these shows, I know the network could not have been suffering!! Bring back the shows… put them on E!

Im very…disappointed in the switch of networks. There was no notice. Very disappointed Esquire. I WILL NOT WATCH ANY OF YOUR SHOWS OR MOVIES(THEY ARE OLD/RERUNS). The Style Network had great shows. I hope ESQUIRE NETWORK flops. No brainer.
Whose stupid **s idea was it to abruptly remove Style Network from the line up WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE and replace it with a lousy network that shows the same old crap that most of the other networks show over and over and over and over?? Esquire, the LEAST you could have done was to wait ONE more week until part 2 of the finale of Guiliana and Bill aired! I am sick and tired of paying a fortune for cable and having NO control over what is aired!! I hope Esquire channel has NO viewers and the whole thing fails! Must be some narrow minded idiot who feels that women shouldn’t get to watch the programs they want…removing that channel from my viewing selections NOW

Will NOT be watching Esquire at all. Like someone above posted……get rid of one of the bazillion sports channels for me……I am so bummed. My favorite mind candy TV channel gone. Might be time to get rid of cable and start watching shows on my computer….start using my Apple TV.

This is terrible. It was the first channel I went to when I got in tonight. Loved several shows especially Giuliana and Bill. I do hope it shows up on another network. The Esquire channel is showing Oceans Thirteen. I can’t tell you how many times that movie is shown on other networks. Not very original guys.
Not a very happy chic!! Why the hell couldn’t you get rid of some stupid stinking sports network….oh!no!it had to be a chic network ….. Not to mention the crappy hallmark network you can’t hear the people talk because the back ground sound is too loud and no one will fix it but we still pay to watch it. Get it fixed you idiots and just get rid of some of the stupid sports networks.
Some of my favorite shows were on style network. Esquire’s lineup of reruns from 2007 and old movies ain’t gonna get it. I just blocked it. Shame!!!!!! Who in their right mind would think changing this was a good idea. Lots of channels with old rerun filler crap on now. Thinking about changing with the times and technology and getting a smart tv and watching what I want when I want. Esquire….who??????

Very disappointed to see that my shows are gone. Loved watching Tia and Tamera, and Bill and Guiliana. You should of warned us so we made sure everything was going to get recorded. As of now the Thursday marathon on Oxygen is not scheduled on AT&T uverse, so does that mean I don’t get to watch the last episode? I will not be watching Esquire unless these shows are on it.
Extremely disappointing turn of events. I just removed the channel from my fav list and will not watch any programming from that network ever.
Have been a fan of big rich texas, jerseylicious, juliana and bill, tia and tamara, how do i look, etc.
It is troubling that this happened but I will use this experience as a warning to stop watching any series, going forward, since the plug can be pulled without warning.
