“What happened to Style network?” will be the question of the evening when Esquire Network officially takes over the the 15-year-old network on Monday, Sept. 23 at 9pm ET with the premiere of Esquire’s 80th. Still in question is whether new episodes of Giuliana & Bill, Jerseylicious, Big Rich Texas and Tia & Tamera will find a home on any of NBCU’s other networks. Some of the shows are expected to simply end their run, while a few will most likely be worked into schedules on E!, Bravo or Oxygen.

E! did confirm plans of airing the most recent seasons of Giuliana & Bill and Tia & Tamera starting in October. E! will begin re-airing Season 3 episodes of Tia & Tamera and already aired episodes of Giuliana & Bill’s sixth season on Tuesday nights starting Oct. 15 at 9pm ET, as well as new episodes of Giuliana & Bill next year. Season 3 of Tia & Tamera actually ended on Style Sunday, Sept. 22, and it’s unknown whether the series will see a fourth season. Oxygen will also be airing a 10-episode marathon of Season 3 of Tia & Tamera beginning Thursday, Sept. 26 at noon ET.
Syndicated series on Style, like Sex and the City, which originally ran on weekends, are interspersed heavily throughout the Esquire schedule, helping fill early morning, late-night and weekend time slots for the new net. Sex and the City, however, is littered all over the NBCU nets — you can catch it on E!, Oxygen and Bravo.
Clean House, which aired for nine seasons on Style, will also show up on Esquire — at least for the first week — filling the Wednesday, Sept. 25 morning block from 6am to 3pm ET.
At launch, Esquire had several original series including Knife Fight, Brew Dogs, Boundless and The Getaway. Similar to Style, Esquire will also help fill its programming schedule with blockbuster movies. The first few weeks, viewers of Esquire can expect titles like Ocean’s Thirteen, Casino Royale, Ghost Rider and Stripes, as well as popular series from Bravo like Million Dollar Listing, Chef Roble and Top Chef, and USA Network series like Psych and Burn Notice.

Okay..enough already! Sell your channels for more profit-whatever! But clearly you can’t miss that people are upset that their shows are gone! You brought these people into our lives, we’ve watched and are invested! Somewhere in the ‘We’, ‘oxygen’ or ‘Bravo’..(well maybe not them, they’re kinda busy with their own reality tv crazy family!) there has to be room for these beloved programs!! ..they’re all owned by the same people anyways, so shifting things around can’t honestly be that big of a deal! Jerseyliscious, all the Big Rich’s and resale royalty!..and geese while we’re at it, what happened to Jersey Couture…!! At any rate, bring back our shows PLEASE!!

Yes!!! WTF?! No more Jerseylicious or Big Rich Texas? As much as I love Guiliana send Bill, I never set my Tv app to remind me of that show. However, I was so excited every new episode of BRT and JL were on! Very disappointed. I am going to compare the head honcho who thought of this to the CEO that recently took over, ruined, and was then let go from JCPenny. You don’t know what viewers want!

I think that Esquire is very boring and can’t compare to Style…What’s going to happen to Jersey Delicious, and all the one’s said above. I don’t think this is fair for all of the public who loved these programs…that had high ratings….I wonder why you as knowing that they were supposed to begin this fall…people as the people who do ratings on programs, don’t like that you left them down and treated horrible and the public is angry this happened.
It was very unprofessional the way the Style network was removed without any type of notice. I don’t watch too much television but I enjoyed watching Tia and Tamera, Big Rich Texas,Jerseylicious and Guiliana and Bill shows. Please bring these highly rated shows back.

This is dumb as hell! Your marketing team has not done a good job preparing it’s viewers for the change! There were no signs of this abrupt change outside of Internet searching for my shows. And then to completely change who your intended audience is is baffling. Usually when a provider does not make clear who the intended market is and has the current market wondering what is going on, they lose the audience. I’m really pissed at this change … Rather annoyed actually. And then to offer some bs excuse and have no idea where the shows are going is premature… I’m pissed lol. Smh
What happened to Style Channel? You know some of are really jonesing for Tia and Tamera, Resale Royalty and JERSEYLICIOUS. The pangs of withdrawl are getting pretty bad right now. Time Warner, please, please, please add The Style Channel back to your cable lineup. Maybe you couldn’t see it as a valuable asset to your company, but a large part of you viewers do.
