  1. Direct TV what are you doing…H2 was my favorite channel…Viceland is crap. I pay way too much money for Direct TV and will find another provider that offers H2…the History channel is not the same. I’m sure the majority of your viewers are not very pleased with Graceland

  2. To me the History 2 brought back being in the classroom many years ago; that is, what I missed during history lesson as a student in school was brought back by History 2, plus much more!!! You see, I have always been intrigue by the universe “the world we live in is fascinating”. I think History 2 not only helped me, but it has helped younger generations as well. Being a black child 60 years ago in Plains, Georgia was like living on Mars, to say the least. Viceland is somewhat educational, but I think 10% of the television schedule should have been allotted to Viceland and 80% should have remained the History 2 Channel. WE NEED THE GOOD STUFF!!!

  3. One reason I picked my cable company is the had the History 2 channel.
Now it is Viceland! There is nothing on Viceland I would chose to watch! Not everyone that watches TV likes trash TV! Give back informative TV and take back your trash

  4. I completely agree with all the previous comments. This is another attempt by the liberal media to shove their values down Americans throats. I get that pur country is split 50/50 but liberals have plenty of channels such as Bravo and logo that play these views. Please bring H2 back.

  5. I just downgraded my Direct TV programing so that I can’t see Viceland, which is trash. I enjoyed H2 and now it is gone. If I can find H2 somewhere else I will be moving my provider.

  6. I Got Uverse and they failed me. Ancient Aliens was my favorite show. If will be a pleasure dropping you if I find that channel elsewhere!!!

  7. I am both surprised and happy to see that I am not alone in hating Viceland…what a name to start with! The regular History Chanel is on auto -pilot with pawn stars and swamp feeders! My last recourse is to find something educational on the National Geographic and Science Chanel’s but oh please, give me back our H2.. I think it might be a good idea for me to review my Comcat line up and save some money. They are exhorbitan.

  8. I really enjoyed H2, I am very sorry it’s gone.
I have been looking for an excuse to drop Comcast prices anyway.
    Looks like t found me.
    Viceland I agree is garbage!

  9. For me the answer is simple.. I’m dropping DirecTV.. they made enough money off me and now changing channel lineups?
Wow they value the customer so much.. ever since AT&T took them over the reception is terrible, nothing works well, and now losing my favorite channel..

F U DirecTV.. you’re gonna lose money and your board of directors won’t be happy

  10. H2 was my favorite channel, I could always find something there to watch and in fact had my cable box set to open on that station. I gave Vice a chance and find that I enjoyed only a few programs the first time – they seem to be on endless repeat even now a couple months after its premiere. I gave the History channel a chance but Pawn Stars, Pickers and Swamp People aren’t history just bad ‘reality tv’. They said they would continue some of H2 programs on History but that doesn’t seem to be happening.
I miss H2, I always learned something new, and the programs were entertaining and informative, neither can be said about Vice. I can’t believe that this is what your offering as a replacement. I’m not the only one who wants H2 back, at least let us have it online, streaming would be better then nothing and the History app offers only a few of the programs once available, why not offer an H2 app?

  11. There is absolutely no way they did any market research in regards to changing H2 to Viceland. I’ve spoken to about 50 people and they agree that Viceland is just GARBAGE.

      • I searched and searched..no AA! Comcast and obviously other providers who think Vice land is worth paying money for in place of H2 are demented.

  12. What do we need to do to get H2 back?
Our household gave Viceland a shot but does not provide content we are interested in.
History is not covering anything relevant. ” Pawn Stars” and “Pickers…. is not the best examples of history education.

  13. The shows are nitch so not for everyone. I don’t bother now with History or Viceland. Horrible programming.

  14. Yeah!!!!! Now I don’t have to get cable and pay out the wazoo. I can now see History on streaming although their program choice is not that great. H2 offered so much with research and Earth’s past history. UGH to you. BTW you need to consider that half of our population is now over 50. Going to streaming with be awesome. As far as Viacom and their marketing group enjoy bankruptcy.

  15. Hey Dish Network,
Vinceland is a joke, how can you expect your customers to except something like this for programming we were used to and enjoyed. This gives you a D- in my opinion.
    Alan

  16. Viceland is a joke, I would like to know what other channels the owners of this have so I can tell everyone I know to stop watching them, until they bring back H2 and take Viceland off the air.

    • I agree. This Viceland is a bunch of hokey baloney. Bring back H2 so’s we can learn more about science and speculation stuff. Not this garbage on Viceland.

  17. H2 was one of my favorite channels. I don’t like anything on Viceland. Please consider bringing H2 back.
