The rumors about the death of “Stephen Colbert” turned out to be greatly exaggerated. After tonight, there will only be four more episodes of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report left, as the series will end on Dec. 18 after a nine-year run. Stephen Colbert will be taking over CBS’ Late Show for the retiring David Letterman later next year. Today, Comedy Central announced who the guests will be for the final week of The Colbert Report.
