Currently, the word is that History will be airing shows (including Ancient Aliens, The Universe and Modern Marvels) that previously were on H2.

Weediquette: Correspondent Krishna Andavolu explores the impact of marijuana legalization across the U.S. and internationally, examining how people on all sides of this issue are dealing with the growing popularity and acceptance of this remarkable little plant. I’m am so very Disappointed!! Watching the H2 as I did almost every day or evening .. Is no more and I am not happy. I’m actually very upset about this! My husband is has noticed the affect on me! Don’t try to tell me that the programming is now in History .. It’s not like it was ! And it’s bad!

I am so disgusted with Viceland’s vulgar titles and ignorant programs that I refuse to click on the channel. Viceland shows the vices of gang life in L.A., glorifying weed and the gay life to our youth, and how do you explain the title Balls Deep and F***k to a child or to your mother?? Programming clearly targeted to drugged out youth who don’t have the discretionary income like the H2 audience did.
H2 was about science fiction and fact, archaeology, geology, and anthropology. My favorite programs: Ancient Aliens, Hangar 1, America’s Book of Secrets, Oak Island, Modern Marvels, etc are lost while History shows Pawn Stars all day!
For every comment here, there are 1000 people who don’t know where to complain!

H2 was one of the channels I enjoyed with Dish. Vice is deplorable and disgusting and will never watch. I wish I could delete it from my package. It is getting to where I may just cancel Dish all together because there are only a very few channels that I now watch. Dish, you are going down the drain for the price I have to pay.

Cannot believe that you would take H2 out of the lineup! Add another channel if millenies want shows about: how rap has changed the world, about how the LGBT community is trying to make change around the world or why weed is important on the world. Trying to explain to my 7 year old what the heck weediquettee means is NOT HOW I WISH TO SPEND OUR EVENINGS! or why his show Oak island isn’t on and the only place to watch it is on the computer!? I agree that some of the programming has become stalemate, and too repetitive. But is it ANY better or DIFFERENT when you are showing 6 episodes of weediquette in a row for 3 nights out of the week or 4 episodes of gaycation, vice essentials, noisey, or one that really took some creative explanation balls deep…not an apt title, which apparently, it seems to be about exploring religious beliefs/ tradition. I haven’t seen any of these shows and I don’t plan on giving them the ratings satisfaction. I have read the program information.
I would like to see the shows that were on H2 that’s why we watched them. If I wanted a channel like THIS I would order it.

Shame on you to eliminate the best educational/informative channel on cable. The Vice channel has nothing close to H2 programming.
H2 was the only good channel on cable. The replacement with viceland will do nothing more than lower ratings with all the gay themes being shoved in our faces. To add insult to injury history channel is only showing worthless shows now with no appeal over and over. How much of axe men do you need?? over and over. Give me a break. What in the world are they thinking?? Going to just cancel cable all together.
Have no interest in any of the shows on the new channel Viceland. We chose our channel package based on it including the H2 channel.. one of my husband’s favorite channels. We have decided to go down to the lowest lineup of channels that doesn’t include Viceland, and many other channels that we don’t watch.

its not just dish its on cable comcast xfinity. I dont understand not that i am homophobic but this world is f up enough without forcing gays , drugs down someones throat thats why this country is going to S*&^%. What has happened to this planet.
