Comedy Central describes the new animated series Moonbeam City as “an absurdist, retro-futuristic ’80s cop extravaganza” about an incompetent but attractive detective who does more harm than good. We’ll describe it as FX’s Archer meets Miami Vice. Rob Lowe voices Det.
